Military - Army Man, firing an automatic rifle on a stand (original SOLD) QC00
Military Real Photo postcard
- Not posted, but the stamp box is from 1904 to 1920s
- shows a soldier in uniform with one knee down on the ground, straddling on of the legs that is holding up an rifle - as if he was sighting and shooting literally in the street. You can see the clip? of bullets dangling down off the tripod. There are people across the street watching.
-
You probably can gleam more out of the image - but obviously, I have no clue beyond that it is probably from WW1. Not even sure if it is a Canadian soldier or an American!! :-)
- There is a tear to the upper left edge - so sold AS IS
- Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card. If condition is important to you - contact us with our number in the title & what it is that you would like to know or what it is that you would like pictured more closely.
- Again, because of the age of the cards - they are noted as being USED - no matter if they are written on or not.
