- Published by the Salvation Army supplies in purchasing department - Genuine Curteich – CT Art Color Tone
- Stamp box has the word FREE enlarge letters
- Signed sgt Alfred J St Cyr to his sister - while stationed at camp Chaffee Arkansas
- Titled USO club operated by the Salvation Army – The famous donut / showing a few service men in uniform at small table eating donuts and being served by a Salvation Army woman in her uniform and she is holding a coffee carafe and there is another lady that has two donuts on a stick as if getting ready to place them on another service man's plate
