New Year or New Years Postcard

tiny nick out of the top edge

lightly embossed

shows a young child in a diaper holding a large hour glass while sitting on the good of a convertible with white tires being driven by father time with his beard flowing back as if they were going fast - there is a sickle or scythe in the back of the seat.  You can see the crank handle on the front of the car

states copyright but I am not able to make out the name - maybe your younger eyes can????
