California RPPC postcard 

• not posted but has EKC on stamp box which normally dates 1945 to 1950
• Front gives all of the states like cost, height, deepest pier, steel used, size of cables, concrete, pain gallons used etc
• there is also a worker on the right side wearing his safety hat
