mailed 1900 from France with 2 green Postes stamps with what appears to be a winged adult with 2 little angels? face to face 

image shows a cat family with the mother in a dress and cap rocking her baby kitty that has a long white dress on.  There are a 3 others that are dressed and appear to be reading in front of the fire with their dad standing by
