shows a couple of kittens, one with a blue ribbon around its neck - playing on the flat surface of the wooden swing seat with their mother watching them from the ground

is signed by the artist in the lower right.  Believe that the artist is L Schropler

the bottom of the card has lost some of its starch (is weaker)
