Foreign postcard - SHANGHA, China - Race Course Bubbling Well Rd PHOTO- 2K0309

This is a PHOTO but not a post card even though it is the same size as a regular postcard.

Written on the back:  Race Course Shanghai Bubbling Well Road as well as something that was scratched out.

There is a pin hole at the top of it.

Shows what appears to be a horse race going on as the little spots on the Race Track appear to be riders on their horses mid race.  The white building has GRAND on it and the white street shows vehicles and people on it.  There is also a tall building with a clock on the face of the tower
