Japanese post card with a bunch of Japanese printing - the only thing in English is IIzaka Spa.  From what I can gather - this may be in reference to Iizaka Onsen which was the first Hot Spring in Japan to contain Radium.

You can clearly see the buildings.

Japan writing on card - so if you are able to read the language - it may say something definitive.

back of the card has a trademark for WFS - Wakayama Fuji Sashin

There is som blue inking to the card
