Mailed in 1909 with another postmark for Movik which has a circle cancel that are inked as dashes or dots / 

Walking down the middle of the street is a man pushing a 2 wheeled cart.  Also, there are some flags hanging off a few buildings that appear to be colored black - one of which looks to have a face on it.
