Foreign postcard - Wien or Vienna, Austria

• Mailed with an 24 Osterreich stamp that was cancelled in 1935 that according to the hand written note was of E (Effigie) Dollfuss - Austrian Statesman assinated by Austrian Nazis in 1934.  
• Titled:  Dr Ignaz Seipel Gedachtniskirche Wien xv Kanzlerplatz.  Has 2 oval photos of what might be Dr Seipel and possibly Chancelor Dollfuss.
• RPPC - Verlag Scheider
• Off to the right is a small building that has Jabat Jrant (or something like that).
