Maine postcard
mailed 1907 from Belfast
shows the Main St with a horse drawn wagon with several large crates/boxes - appears that there is a light spot on his hat - so am guessing that it might be a part of a delivery guy uniform?
There is a clear sign for MASON & HALL - Hardware / ENOCH C MILTON - Merchant Tailor / then 2 doors down one for L ForP McDONALD and then the next store front also has HARDWARE
Not sure what type of flag is flying above the buildings but it looks like the colors from the top are green, white and then red
made in Germany for G W Morris - this card must predate the backs that I am use to seeing for G W Morris
- Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card. If condition is important to you - contact us with our number in the title & what it is that you would like to know or what it is that you would like pictured more closely.
- Because of the age of the cards - they are noted as being USED - no matter if they are written on or not.
