NEBRASKA postcard - Fairfield, NE - Nebraska
- Not posted
- Titled: No 15 Wreck of A Corbin home - Cyclone June 5, 1908 - Fairfield, Nebr
- RPPC Real Photo Post Card shows a totally destroyed residence - as well as 2 ladies sitting among the debris of the disaster. It could have been a tornado, hurricane, twister......who knows.
- Found out that there is an Asahel M Corbin (1845 to 1921) buried in the Fairfield Cemetery along with his wife Malinda (1838-1918) - so it may have very well been theirs or their family home
- Made by Olson Photograph Co
- back has the name Ethel Keller on it - so that may have been a relative
- Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card. If condition is important to you - contact us with our number in the title & what it is that you would like to know or what it is that you would like pictured more closely.
- Because of the age of the cards - they are noted as being USED - no matter if they are written on or not.
