shows a young lady angel with pinkish wings helping a colonial dressed boy sitting at a school desk and using an ink well and pen.  Thee scroll has GOOD RESOLUTION on it and A HAPPY NEW YEAR below.  Also has a couple of hour glasses as windows.

There is a small chip out of the top right corner and the bottom edge has been cut - so sold AS IS.  Also has some black paper stuck to the back.
