shows 3 little angels with tiny red tipped wings.  Center one is writing a resolution in a large book with a large quill and there is a glass ink well along with a little dark haired one holding spectacles on a stick

there is some paper loss/wear to the lower edge and a small tear that you can hardly see just above the lower flower on the right.
