New York postcard - Jamestown, NY

the awning on the right has what I believe to be Millnery and Ladies on it and the sign on the white building has THE NEW JACKMAN or THE NEW SACKMAN or THE NEW HACKMAN....I just can't make out the first letter.  There is a sign for RESTAURANT on the left and probably a few others that you might be able to figure out if you knew what was there
