Congress Spring, NY State Reservation
An important feature of beautiful Congress Park is the lawn bordered basin containing famous old Congress Spring. As at all other springs under the jurdisdiction (as spelled) of the NY State Conservation Commission a young lady is in attendance to provide drinking cups for those who have not their own
