Letter reads: Reply to your letter of July 25 with reference to transportation for yourself and dependent children, would advise that the regulations provide that widows and dependent children may receive free transportation over the Pennsylvania railroad system not to exceed one pass per month so long as the widow does not remarry. / In making your request for transportation you would please advise me the names and ages of the children desiring transportation and the point you desire to go. / I am enclosing herewith pass request for your information. / Yours Truly C W Weaver
