  • mailed 1913 with a clear flag cancel from Burlington, VT
  • shows a pretty young lady all dressed in green, including coat, dress, large hat, stockings & gloves.  She is stepping over an opening in the rail typed fence.  there are 2 white clay pipes in the upper right with a pouch hanging below it
  • titled:  St Patrick's day all the Irish give three cheers for the banner of Erin's Isle for her golden harp and Shamrock green and the maid that's a coming through the style
  • lightly embossed
