Entrance to all Elevated Trains.  Pix shows a plump cop and a couple of men looking up the stair as if to be checking out under the lady that is walking up the stairs.

On the side it has:  This Certifies that (space for a name to be written) having shown himself possessed of the requisite taste and a good eye, is hereby elected a member of the Universal Rubber Association, Unlimited.  Bald heads especially welcome.  Use of field glasses not allowed.  I C Much, Pres't
