mailed 1913 from Mac Farland, Wis - which is a DPO with a scarcity of 3 in the Helbock book.  The year is in the 7 straight killer lines (visually under the RD in CARD).

I was not able to find a Bringelson Point doing a quick search so if you know where it is and want to let me know, I will add it to the listing itself.  The name may have changed in the 110 years since the card itself was mailed.  Maybe it is the only card with reference to that name??
