Arkansas postcard - Rogers, Ark

Shows a sign for First National Bank, fire hydrant, 1896, I believe on the top of the building on the corner, man with dog, Rogers Hardware Co - also has Burnham Block on side of building between Rogers Hardware Co sign and date of 1896?
