Military Misc postcard - World War I
Old Glory and the Allies showing the flags for Russia, Serbia, Panama, Portugal, Montenegro, Roumania (Romania), Japan, Cuba, Canada, France, England, Italy, Belgium, Australia along with the US Flag.
Compliments of the Walker House. The House of Planty; and Hotel Carls-Rite. The House of Comfort, Toronto, Canada; Torontos 2 leading hotels, ever alert and watchful for the welfare of ladies and children. No disrespect is intended in the draping of the flags of Russia and Roumania. On the contrary, our sympathies are extended to these 2 unfortunate countries, who, through the fault of circumstances beyond their control, are prevented from continuing the fight, at least temporarily, in the glorious battle for democracy. E M Carroll and Geo Wright

- Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card. If condition is important to you - contact us with our number in the title & what it is that you would like to know or what it is that you would like pictured more closely.
- Again, because of the age of the cards - they are noted as being USED - no matter if they are written on or not.
