New Hampshire postcard - Bennington, NH
Shows a dirt road leading into the town, with a monument in the square on the right. Now, you can see a man and his dog on the porch of the building on the left and there is a sign but not quite clear. Looks to me that it is saying FRUIT and SPORTING GOODS, but I could be way off. There is a fancy roof on a gazebo to the right of the church visually on the card
Published in Germany for Mrs E M Herrick of Bennington, which may help you age the card if that is your intention. The area on the left appears to be planks laid down for a sidewalk of sorts.
- Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card. If condition is important to you - contact us with our number in the title & what it is that you would like to know or what it is that you would like pictured more closely.
- Because of the age of the cards - they are noted as being USED - no matter if they are written on or not.
