NM, SILVER CITY - Town view - W A Tenneys Team horses (original SOLD) SL2762
New Mexico Real Photo postcard
- mailed 1912 - stamp has the initials J. C. N. printed in the salvage edge
- Note on back: I'm way out in the mountains about 100 miles from the R.R. with lots of Indians and Mexicans all around us. We rode out in an auto and came near turning over lots of times. The roads are so steep that they have to have about 20 horses to pull one wagon. Write me sometime, Love to all - your brother Rich (or Rick?) - addressed to Mr Edward G Woodson
- The face of the card shows a team of horses ready to pull a wagon. Writing on the roof is: W A Tenneys Team Silver City & on the other roof it states COPYRIGHT 1912
- Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card. If condition is important to you - contact us with our number in the title & what it is that you would like to know or what it is that you would like pictured more closely.
- Because of the age of the cards - they are noted as being USED - no matter if they are written on or not.
