Page 1)  appears to be a running tally of construction material that was purchased & billed in 1928.  Amazing, as it shows prices for shingles / roll of 18# building paper $1.25 /  window frames at $3.90 & $4.25 and much more that you would be able to compare YOUR prices, if you were a carpenter who buys this stuff.

Page 2)  show what I believe to be a quote for shingles and lumber and on the back shows the cost of Cement & Gravel.

Both pages are 8.5" x 14" and in good shape and pertain to the same job

A fantastic piece to add to any collection.
