Titled:  War dance of natives.  Igorrote Village, Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition, Seattle, Wash., 1909 - Official Post Card 

shows bare chested men (possibly from the Philippines?_ with their huts in the background and a few holding long spears as they dance around a canister? of fire

Note:  I bought this card at the Seattle Fair in 1909.  They had a stump of a tree about 75 feet away and beg you to put some money down and they would throw the spear into the stump
